How to Wash your Teak Mortar and Pestle:

Hand wash with hot soapy water. Do not soak.

Make sure the whole product is wet

Only put away once completely dry

Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher
How to oil your Mortar & Pestle (if eventually needed):

Apply a generous amount of oil to cover the wood product

Use a small towel or new, clean paintbrush to spread the oil

Let the oil soak overnight if possible
